The 2025 BTS Annual Congress will take place at Spaces at The Spine in Liverpool, 7th – 9th May 2025.

Registration is now open for the BTS Annual Congress 2025 with considerable ‘early bird’ discounts available to those who register before 11th April 2025. We encourage you to register as early as possible to make sure you are able to take advantage of the best available hotel rates.

The Congress brings together individuals from academia, industry, the health service, regulatory and governmental agencies with a shared interest and passion for the science and practice of toxicology. It offers a fantastic opportunity to network with colleagues and learn about new developments in the field. The three-day programme is packed with content covering all aspects of toxicology.

DEADLINE FOR EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION:

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED

Outcomes of the abstract review process will be communicated to authors prior to the early bird registration deadline.

Prizes will be awarded for the best oral and poster presentations by pre- and post-doctoral attendees.

 

 

BTS STUDENT BURSARY APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED

Outcomes of the bursary application review process will be communicated prior to the early bird registration deadline.

The Society awards up to 10 bursaries to pre-doctoral students to support their attendance at the BTS Annual Congress.

Bursary recipients will be entitled to free registration for the BTS Annual Congress, and can claim accommodation and travel expenses in line with the BTS Travel Policy.

 

 

APPLY FOR A BTS CARER BURSARY HERE

New for 2025, the Society will award up to 4 bursaries to support existing members with caring responsibilities that would otherwise limit their ability to attend the BTS Annual Congress.

Bursary recipients will be entitled to claim up to £250 towards the additional cost of care for their dependents (children or adults) during the period of the meeting.

To manage an anticipated high demand, bursaries applications will be entered into a draw and successful applications selected at random.
