Toxicology
Animal and Dairy Science (ADS) is a multidisciplinary and diverse department that provides instructional, research and extension programming in the areas of food animal production, equine/companion animal management, and animal and medicinal biotechnology that addresses critical issues, such as cost of production, profitability, human and animal health, environmental stewardship, bioethics, and animal well-being. This master degree in Toxicology – Animal and Dairy Science is offered at the University of Georgia.
The Department of Animal & Dairy Science offers research-based graduate programs of study leading to the M.S. degree in Animal Science or Dairy Science, and the Ph.D. degree in Animal & Dairy Science with special emphasis in biotechnology, breeding and genetics, meats and muscle biology, nutrition, reproductive physiology, or production management. In addition, the department offers the Masters of Animal and Dairy Science (MADS), which is a non-thesis degree program. The department has full-time faculty members located in Athens and Tifton.
