Carcinogenesis and Mutagenesis
The target of this course is to contribute to the qualification of the safety assessor for the part of “carcinogenesis and mutagenesis”.
The course provides an overview on the general principles of carcinogenesis and mutagenesis, on the available test systems for the detection of genotoxic and mutagenic activity of chemicals, as well as on testing strategies to evaluate the genotoxic/mutagenic potential of chemicals.
